These are the listings I currently have available, updated per date below. Because this is my site that I handcode update myself, I'm A LOT faster than some third party websites when it comes to showing what's available! Please click on any of the listings below for more information! The application link for each listing is also provided. (On some listings, the landlord has their own application, so please make sure you click that application link so you do not have to do another one and be charged twice!)
Minimum rental qualifiers: Most landlords and property managers I work with will not accept applicants with eviction records, and they do expect applicants to have at least 3x the rent as combined monthly household income (though, of course, that figure is adjusted for housing vouchers). So, if the listing is for $1,000/mo, your household should collectively have at least $3,000 per month.
Note on listings below: Room dimensions are rounded to the nearest foot to give you an idea of space.
Protip #1: Square footage really doesn't matter. What matters is if your stuff will fit, and that you'll be comfortable with it all in there. Square footage includes less usable space like hallways, and many Chicago apartments are famous for long ones- 100+sq ft or more!
Protip #2: Measure YOUR ROOMS (length by width) and compare to the measurements provided. If measurements are coming up a lot smaller than what you need, I can always help you with your search for a different unit!
