Hi, everyone! We are moving after being here in our vintage, first-floor corner apartment almost 12 years, so we need your help! We need to relet by May 1st (or sooner!), with the lease to expire August 31st. If you love the location, affordable rent and the apartment itself, you can renew until 2/28!

The address is 2620 N Rockwell, in a courtyard building, on the south side of the street, between Logan Blvd and the expressway along Avondale.

2 Bedrooms (one is queen-sized for our bed, night stands, dresser and chest of drawers, the other one we use as a large office), cozy kitchen with a white refrigerator and stove (we have a 2×4 table in there), spacious and sunny living room (easily can handle a sectional!) with a decorative fireplace and with walk-in closet plus a nearby coat room, hardwood floors, bathroom with linen closet. And yes, the apartment is cable and internet ready! The owner’s pet policy accepts cats but no dogs!

Living room: 14-1/2 x 12-1/2 (plus walk-in closet)

Bedroom – 10 x 13-1/2 (good-sized closet)

Bedroom – 7 x 6-1/2 PLUS 11 x 6 (it’s L-shaped, has a wall closet)

Bathroom – 10 x 5 (has a linen closet)

Hallway – 15 x 3-1/2 (plus a coat room)

There is coin-operated laundry onsite ($1.25 each) a cement patio space downstairs (no permanent items can be there), we’re on the back corner so it’s easy to bring up groceries, and free street parking is excellent even at 4am on a Saturday night (no permits)! Plus, it’s between the California and Logan Blvd Starbucks and the Elston Ave Target, along with everything else. The California Blue Line stop is also nearby, and the Logan stop is also close (that’s also where the Farmer’s Market is by). All of the windows are relatively new – I think 2 years old. You would need to supply your own air conditioning.
