Surprise! I’m talking about Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer, of course! He was born right here in Chicago at the Montgomery Ward complex (way before it was Groupon’s headquarters, though that may be changing). Just about anyone who grew up in the United States, at any point since the late 40s, knows of the most famous reindeer of all – our favorite underdog!
So, I know what you’re asking, because I am, too! If Rudolph’s from here, we have to wonder if he puts ketchup on his (veggie) hot dog (because reindeer are herbivores, doncha know!), if he is a Sox or Cubs fan, and if he has Da Accent. Hmmm… I need to send a letter to Santa and get to the bottom of this!
